Responsibilities: - Draft plan and details drawings for Furniture and Fit Out.
- To assist submission and prepare related document.
- To check the correctness of drawings.
- Prepare design plan to ensure on time submission of required drawing.
- Conduct design work inclusive of design concept, system selection, equipment sizing, system layout, operation and control strategic.
- Able to read and understand construction drawing.

Requirements: - Candidates must possess at least Diploma of Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience

- Able to work on site and undertake works pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Independent, organized with positive working attitude.
- Possess good command in English and Bahasa.
- Able to provide detailing / detailed working drawings.
- A good team player, aggressive with positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills, self-motivated, result oriented and ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
- Able to provide back-up and assistance to other team members as and when required.
 

ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT CLERK

Responsibilities: 1. To prepare and assist documents in tendering.
2. To assist with processing construction claims.
3. Do filling system.
4. Preparing Quotation/Purchase Order/Invoice and etc.
5. Do other clerical jobs.
6. To perform general administration and clerical duties (e.g. answering calls, photocopying, mailing, scanning and data entry)
7. Perform clerical works as necessary.
8. Preparing documentation.
